Intentionally Worshiping Together
Thoughtfulness guides every aspect of our worship gatherings. Our goal is to glorify God and be equipped through God’s Word. We want to leave ready to live more like Jesus and share the love of Christ with others.
Music
Our music is a blend of older and modern hymns and spiritual songs played by a small band (usually with piano and other acoustic instruments). In Kids’ Club, our kids sometimes learn songs we incorporate in the service.
Service Flow
Our service is structured but not rigid, including a few songs, readings from the Bible, and a message.
Messages
Teaching stays grounded in the Bible and focused on applying God’s Word to our lives. We generally work through books of the Bible, taking a break for special series around holidays.
FAQ
What should I wear?
Dress is relaxed at our services. Some people wear dressier clothing like suits, while others wear casual clothes like shorts. Feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable!
Where is your building?
Our building doesn’t look like a typical church! We’re located in a small storefront at 25th and Superior. You can park in the adjacent parking lot. (Handicap spots are available right in front of the church entrance.) Look for the “Redeeming Grace Baptist Church” sign.
How do you keep kids safe?
Your kids’ safety is one of our top concerns. We always require two adults (or one adult and an older teen) to be present at all times in nursery, Sunday School, and weekly kids’ programs. If you want to learn more, get in touch with Debbie Meers.
What is your theology?
We focus on Jesus and the work that he did on our behalf through his life, death, and resurrection. It’s through His sacrifice that we are made right with God. We formally subscribe to the 1689 Baptist Confession of Faith. If you want to know more, get in touch with Pastor Ryan Meers.
What’s your approach to corporate worship?
Our gatherings incorporate Bible reading, a blend of older and modern music, and practical Biblical teaching. Thoughtfulness and intentionality guide every detail. We want to worship God with excellence, draw near to Him, and leave ready to impact our community.
